Oribe is dedicated to providing the ultimate experience in luxury hair care; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of products in new or gently used condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
